RRDiscordBridge.shutdown should be called on server shutdown

How to reproduce

• Load up Forge 1.12.2 w/ RRDiscordBridge
• Shut down the server
• See that the method never gets called, and no shutdown message is sent

Environment (complete the information)

• Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
• Modloader/Server Software: 14.23.5.2860
• RRDiscordBridge version: 3.1.0-dev.5
