Describe the bug
JDAAppender does not properly catch stdout when running under Forge/Fabric.

To Reproduce

  1. Install RRDiscordBridge in a Forge or Fabric server
  2. Set the console channel ID in settings.json
  3. Start the server
  4. Notice that nothing gets sent to that console channel

  • RRDiscordBridge version: 3.0.0
