I was trying to test this mod, and it hadn't worked, multiple times. Every time I would press "Change Skin" the screen would show as though it were saving a world before it inevitably crashed. Eventually on one of my efforts, I had put down the xbox controller I was using, [Since I play Legacy4J with a controller, usually.] and it had loaded! Though I didn't know how to navigate it on keyboard, so I picked my controller up and turned it on.
The MOMENT I pressed a button, did the same thing it had.
I have no idea why this is, or how this could come to pass, but it did. So yeah. Guess you can't use controllers with this mod. Though of course I'd assume that's unintentional.
Just to clarify the video, I was messing around on the main menus both before and after i turn on my controller, just to show that it otherwise works fine.

Could you try with either Legacy4J 1.8.2, 1.8.3-lts, or 1.8.4-lts, and Legacy Skins 1.4.5 or 1.5.0? Legacy Skins 1.4.5 does not support L4J 1.8.1 or any of its betas.
